Return, Replacement & Return Policy

This Return, Replacement & Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs the terms and conditions relating to return, replacement, exchange, cancellation, and refund requests for products purchased through Gymzie (“Website”), operated and owned by Isha Global Ventures (“Company”, “Gymzie”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By accessing the Website and placing an order, the customer (“Customer”, “you”, or “your”) agrees to be legally bound by this Policy.


1. Eligibility for Return, Replacement & Exchange

Gymzie may accept requests for return, replacement, or exchange under the following circumstances:

  • Product received is damaged during transit

  • Wrong product, size, or item has been delivered

  • Product has a manufacturing defect

  • Product received is incomplete or missing components

  • Size exchange requests, subject to stock availability

To qualify for a return, replacement, or exchange request:

  • The request must be raised within 5 (Five) working days from the date of successful delivery as reflected in the courier partner’s delivery records

  • The customer must fill and submit the official Return & Replacement Request Form available on the Website

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in saleable condition

  • Original tags, labels, packaging, invoice, and accessories must be intact

  • The product must not contain deodorant stains, perfume smell, makeup marks, sweat stains, stretching, damage, or any visible signs of usage

  • Customers must provide:

    • Product photographs

    • Packaging photographs

    • Invoice/order details

    • Unboxing video

    • Any additional details/documents requested in the Return & Replacement Form

An uninterrupted and clear unboxing video is mandatory for claims relating to damaged, defective, missing, tampered, or incorrect products received.

Gymzie reserves the sole and absolute right to reject any request that does not comply with the conditions stated herein.


2. Size Exchange Policy

  • Gymzie permits exchange requests in case of size-related issues, subject to product availability

  • Exchange requests for a different product/design are not permitted unless specifically approved by Gymzie

  • In case the requested replacement size is unavailable, the customer shall be eligible for a refund to the original payment method

Gymzie does not accept returns or exchanges arising solely from change of mind, personal preference, dislike of product, or incorrect ordering by the customer.

A product once exchanged shall not be eligible for any further exchange, return, or replacement unless the exchanged product itself is found to have a manufacturing defect or a verified issue approved by Gymzie.
 

3. Combo Orders Policy

For products purchased as part of a combo, bundle, set, promotional pack, or offer:

  • Return, replacement, or exchange shall only be accepted for the complete combo

  • Partial returns or exchanges of individual items forming part of the combo shall not be permitted

  • All items included within the combo must be returned together in original condition with tags and packaging intact


4. Sale & Discounted Products

Products purchased during sales, promotional campaigns, discounts, or special offers shall remain eligible for return or exchange unless specifically stated otherwise on the respective product page.

Where a product page explicitly mentions “No Return”, “No Exchange”, or similar restrictions, such conditions shall prevail.

Gymzie also reserves the right to classify certain categories of products as non-returnable or non-exchangeable for hygiene or operational reasons, wherever specifically mentioned on the product page.


5. Return Request Review & Verification

To initiate a request, customers must complete the Return & Replacement Request Form and provide all required information and supporting proof.

Upon submission:

  1. Gymzie shall review the request internally

  2. Additional information or documents may be requested

  3. Preliminary approval of a request shall not constitute final acceptance

  4. Final approval shall remain subject to physical quality inspection of the returned product by Gymzie

Inspection and verification of returned products may require approximately 3–7 working days from the date of receipt of the returned shipment by Gymzie.

Gymzie reserves the right to reject claims that are found to be false, fraudulent, abusive, suspicious, or intended to manipulate the return process.

Gymzie reserves the right to monitor return and exchange activity and may restrict, suspend, or refuse future return/exchange requests or services in cases involving excessive, abnormal, suspicious, fraudulent, or abusive return behaviour.


6. Reverse Pickup & Return Shipping

  • Reverse pickup services shall be arranged by Gymzie only in serviceable locations and shall remain subject to courier partner availability

  • In locations where reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be required to self-ship the product to the address communicated by Gymzie

  • Return shipping responsibility and associated costs shall be determined by Gymzie on a case-to-case basis depending upon the nature of the claim

Customers are advised to securely pack products before handover for pickup or self-shipping.


7. Pickup Attempts

Gymzie or its logistics partners shall make a maximum of 3 (three) pickup attempts for approved return or exchange requests.

If the pickup remains unsuccessful after 3 attempts due to customer unavailability, refusal, incorrect address, or any customer-related reason, the request may stand automatically cancelled without further liability on Gymzie.


8. Product Condition & Deduction Clause

Gymzie reserves the right to deduct reasonable charges or reject refund claims if returned products are found to be:

  • Used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

  • Missing original tags, packaging, accessories, or invoice

  • Returned in unsatisfactory or non-saleable condition

The final decision regarding applicable deductions or rejection of claims shall remain at the sole discretion of Gymzie after inspection of the returned product.


9. Tampered Parcel Clause

Customers are strongly advised not to accept parcels that appear tampered, opened, damaged, or improperly sealed at the time of delivery.

In such cases, customers should immediately refuse delivery or record appropriate evidence at the time of receipt.

Gymzie shall not be held liable for claims relating to tampered packages where sufficient supporting proof is not provided after acceptance of delivery.


10. Refund Policy

Refunds shall be initiated only after:

  • The returned product is successfully received and inspected by Gymzie; or

  • The claim is otherwise approved by Gymzie in cases where physical return is not required

Approved refunds shall be processed within 15–20 (Fifteen to Twenty) working days from the date of approval.

Refunds shall be credited only to the original payment method used during purchase.

Gymzie shall not be responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, financial institutions, or technical processing delays beyond its control.

Currently, Cash on Delivery (“COD”) is not available on the Website.



11. Cancellation Policy

Orders may only be cancelled prior to dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped or marked as dispatched, cancellation requests shall not be accepted.

Gymzie reserves the right to cancel any order due to reasons including but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability

  • Pricing or technical errors

  • Suspected fraudulent transactions

  • Operational limitations

  • Force majeure events

Eligible refunds for cancelled orders, if applicable, shall be processed in accordance with this Policy.


12. International Orders

Currently, Gymzie does not accept or process international orders.


13. Limitation of Liability

Gymzie shall not be liable for rejection of claims in circumstances including but not limited to:

  • Failure to provide mandatory unboxing video

  • Requests raised after the prescribed timeline

  • Products found used, washed, altered, damaged, or without original packaging

  • Incomplete returns

  • Claims lacking adequate proof or documentation

  • Minor color, texture, or appearance variations arising due to lighting, photography, display settings, or screen resolution differences


14. Force Majeure

Gymzie shall not be held responsible for any delay, non-performance, or failure in fulfilling obligations under this Policy arising from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, floods, strikes, lockdowns, governmental actions, transportation disruptions, courier delays, war, pandemic situations, or technical failures.


15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Any dispute, claim, or legal proceeding arising out of or relating to this Policy, purchases made through the Website, or use of Gymzie services shall be governed by the laws of India and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India.

17. Modification of Policy

Gymzie reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or revise this Policy at any time without prior notice. Customers are advised to periodically review this page before making any purchase.

Continued use of the Website following any modifications shall constitute acceptance of the revised Policy.
