Courier partners shall generally make up to 3 (Three) delivery attempts before classifying the shipment as undelivered or initiating Return-to-Origin (“RTO”).
Customers are advised to remain available and responsive during the delivery period.
Failure to accept delivery after multiple attempts may result in cancellation, RTO processing, or additional reshipping charges.
9. Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers are strongly advised to inspect packages at the time of delivery.
If the parcel appears:

Improperly sealed
customers should either refuse delivery or immediately record appropriate proof, including photographs or videos.
Gymzie may reject claims relating to tampered or damaged packages where adequate supporting evidence is not provided.
Delivery confirmation provided by the logistics partner shall be treated as valid proof of delivery.
10. Packaging Disclaimer
Packaging, labels, wrapping, or external presentation of products may vary from images displayed on the Website depending upon operational requirements, branding updates, logistics handling, or packaging improvements.
11. Risk & Ownership
Risk and ownership of products shall transfer to the customer upon successful delivery of the order to the provided delivery address.
Once marked as delivered by the courier partner, Gymzie shall not be responsible for loss, theft, damage, or unauthorized handling occurring thereafter.
